Current• Event manage full lifecycle of organisation attendance at international conferences.• Pre event:o Booking flights and accommodation for speakers and team representatives.o Liaise with conference planners to confirm AV/technical requirements.o Organise shipment of necessary equipment.o Create communications (email/social media) to advertise presence at conference.o Brief speakers on deadline and template for presentations and communicate logistics of conference attendance.o Book photographer on to capture attendance at conference, provide brief about requirements and process payment. • During event:o Arrange travel from hotel to conference venue for organisation representatives. o Ensure speakers are prepared and at relevant location for presentation.o Prepare technical equipment on stand and ensure organisation documentation/merchandise is available.o Capture content for organisation’s social media channels to ensure live activity is documented. o Speak with conference attendees about our organisation’s work and outline how they can become involved. • Post event:o Receive and analyse feedback from attendees to gauge understanding of presence at conference and outline areas of improvement. o Create news story around conference activity and advertise news story on College social media and website. o Deliver presentation to organisation about team activity at conference. • Coordinating international webinars requires creating programme with subject matters experts, sourcing and briefing international speakers, advertising webinars, manage attendee registration, delivering presentation to attendees, analyse feedback and create communications around webinar for organisation’s website and social media. • Deliver numerous training schemes to bring doctors from overseas to the UK to receive training. This requires assessing applicant documentation, managing relationships with UK organisations responsible for processing medical registration and visas.
