Worked at all levels of Civil Servant to 1* and across Defence, requiring detailed knowledge of the Contract’s Exit Schedules. Contributed to the exit, to-date, of 60% of the ATLAS contract. Briefed project teams on contractual Exit processes and provided guidance on how this could be best achieved, giving advice including on draft MOD and supplier documentation, from project start-up through to service transition and exit.• Managed a £4 million programme to move a key Ministry of Defence unit, covering build, IT and move. Responsible for bringing the project, neglected for six months, back on-track with a plethora of organisations to liaise with. Building was delivered to time and budget, CIS delivery was completed to time Q1 2016.• Managed a £3 million programme to introduce a new communications system to UK MoD. Working with a Technical Consultant we took the project through the complete delivery cycle including FAT, UVT and Into Service.• Managed the delivery of Business Collaterial for a key MoD IT programme on behalf of Capita.• Managed a £350,000 Change Management contract into an Omani oil services company. I managed a team of eight UK and Omani personnel. Managed the planning/delivery of a work ethics programme to 600 Omani drivers in remote installations, while developing senior management practice and re-writing corporate HR and HSE procedures and practices in Muscat.

Project Manager of a six-month Petroleum Development Oman-funded £350,000 Change Management contract into a major Omani oil services company. - Working in a multi-cultural environment and closely with ATE MD and senior management, I am managing a team of seven UK and Omani personnel, having recruited the latter at project outset.- Responsible for managing the planning and delivery of a work ethics programme to 800 Omani employees in remote oil installations.- Developed methods to monitor and measure change in attitudes and working practices of course attendees.- Managed the re-development of corporate HR procedures and practices in Muscat.- Worked with ATE senior management to enhance business practices and develop new capabilities, including a company helpdesk.
