Giles has been an active investor and real estate agent for over 15 years specializes in single-tenant retail investments nationwide.Prior to founding SDEV Commercial, Giles most recently worked at SRS Net Lease Group and Lee & Associates where he not only sold net lease properties, but also subspecialized in lease extensions involving corporate tenants including Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, AutoZone, Panera Bread, Sherwin-Williams, Taco Bell, Advance Auto Parts, O'Reilly Auto Parts, Dunkin' Donuts, Aaron's Rents, Goodyear, Arby's, Rite-Aid, Verizon Wireless, Family Dollar, and Dollar General. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Giles worked for three years in the Atlanta office of Costar Group (NASDAQ:CSGP), the world’s largest commercial real estate information company.Beyond his professional experience, Giles is married with two boys and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute (ULI) and holds his CCIM designation. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama where he was also a member of the Crimson Tide football and track teams.
