I have been leading in my role as Visitor Care 'Center of Excellence' Exec Director within Saudi Tourism Authority since October 2022, with over 10 years of experience in global operations, customer relationship management, and change project management. My department is responsible for ensuring a seamless and memorable visitor journey and experience across the entire tourism ecosystem in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which aims to attract 100 million annual visitors and increase tourism GDP by 2030.To achieve this ambitious vision, I oversee the delivery and implementation of various strategic and operational initiatives, such as developing an omni-channel CRM system, facilitating enterprise-wide project management, and coordinating the operational plan. I am also passionate about driving transformation and innovation in the tourism industry, as well as building effective and diverse teams that share a common purpose and vision. In my previous roles, I have successfully managed multisite, global contact center operations, executed third-party outsourcing, and integrated and optimized new technology investments. I have also demonstrated my ability to communicate, engage, and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, from shop floor to senior management, across multiple B2B and B2C brands.As a change and transformation leader, I am always eager to learn new skills and acquire new knowledge that can help me deliver superior value to the business and the visitors. I have recently obtained certifications in change management, agile foundations, and strategic planning from LinkedIn. I believe that these skills will enable me to further enhance my performance and contribution to the Saudi Tourism Authority and its 2030 vision.
