I have staffed and led diverse / remote sales teams (sellers, pre-sales engineers, contracts personnel, managers, etc.) which have resulted in hundreds of millions of dollars in sales into the public safety and enterprise markets.I have designed and implemented GTM strategies for the following technologies: license plate recognition, body worn cameras, in-car video, crime / data analytics, 911 / 988 communications and digital evidence management into the city, county and state markets. I mentor sellers and sales leaders as well as provide guidance to PE firms and institutional investors on investment decisions into public safety and enterprise markets focused on technologies designed to assist customers improve the safety and efficiency of their operations.
