As a result of this resolution, my involvement in both Efficens Software and Velocior, covers a broad range of skills, from understanding customer needs and business processes, through locating the most appropriate solution, selling it to the right people and obviously being heavily involved in the technical implementation and support in order to achieve all goals.Being a strong believer in "Do what you do best, outsource the rest" I often look for international solutions and becoming their "man on the ground" in our territory, but when I believe nothing meets the requirements, that's where the hands on experience comes to play and I'm involved in developing the most appropriate solution.This is why we have developed TimeLord as a venue management software that can actually be used as any activities/resources based project management.
