Gil was previously a co-founder of SnackFutures, the Ventures (CVC), Incubation & innovation hub from Mondelēz, and co-led the company’s venture capital investments into disruptive AgriFood-Tech and emerging consumer food-brands.Among others, Gil & the SnackFutures Team invested in Hu Kitchen (later acquired), Torr FoodTech, Celleste Bio, Craize and others. In addition Gil had developed dozens of successful collaborations between Mondelēz & startups from around the globe.Throughout his career, Gil had the privilege to work in a variety of commercial roles on some of the most iconic global food brands: Milka, Pepsi, Quaker Oats, Toblerone, Cadbury, Oreo, Tropicana & Nestle Purina. Gil Horsky leveraged strong business & consumer insights to identify, develop and launch over $800 of new food products, FoodTech technologies and businesses around the world.
