• Collaboration with Clients to identify and prioritize recruitment needs;• Sourcing and headhunting potential candidates on LinkedIn and other databases;• Management of the full recruitment cycle (actively sourcing candidates, pre-screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, negotiating offers;• Management of ATS and other ad hoc tasks.
