Taking an ICT department to a higher level, functional as wel as technical. Setting up procedures, workinstructions, goals- and vision documents with regards to internal IT as well as the implementation of amongst others the Amyyon Care product. Implementing new technology and improving/ replacing old systems with the latest technology. I started out as System/ Network Manager and was given the responsibility to manage the technical implementations of the Amyyon Care dicipline.NACAP (1995-2007)Together with my distinguished colleagues I've been responsible for maintaining/ developing and setting up of ICT systems at NACAP for 12 years (on the central IT department and projects. Technical as well as functional).My passion and background is the technical part of ICT. The last couple of years my responsibilities have expanded considerably. In particular the management part of ICT has taken my interest. Looking at a business or a project, its processes and its information needs interests me in particular. Setting up IT strategies, procedures, year evaluations, budgets, audits & verifications.Goals: Further develop my managerial skills but keep in touch with the technical side of this profession as well.
