Has over seven years leading Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations. Led the payroll team of 8 employees to accurately and timely process the biweekly payroll for over 22,000 state employees. Direct and coordinate with external third-party. Review payroll updates and other special transactions including new hires, terminations, transfers, rate changes, address changes, work location changes, and involuntary deductions/garnishments. Reconcile payroll run results and validate reports. Reviewed and approved all special payrolls including special pays and year-end adjustments. Work with the HR team to help resolve inquiries related to employee pay, payroll deductions, involuntary deductions/garnishments, etc. Led year-end payroll and payroll tax activities, including Forms W-2, fringe benefit reporting, year-end reconciliations, and other required reporting.
