Jamie's father Paul Gill founded Paul Gill Opticians in 1977. 41 years later Jamie took over from his father with the promise to maintain the excellence in eyecare which Paul always strived for. In 2019 Gill Opticians won the title of Independent Opticians Of The Year 2019. In 2020 Gill Opticians was awarded the SFA Outstanding Small Business Of The Year 2020.
