Community Manager
CurrentPart of the Learning & Community department at non profit CRM software specialist:- Working across 3 key regions (Europe, North America, Asia Pacific)- Managing a dynamic portfolio of community groups including all in EU and some in NA- Driving engagement of arts and culture professionals online and in-person via events, meet-ups, workshops and conferences including Tessitura Learning & Community Conference (TLCC)- Collaborating with marketing/growth to develop and execute activity to drive community engagement- Developing and supporting 100+ advocates in the global Community Chairs programme- Contributing to shaping and executing community strategy with the Member Engagement team- Measuring, analysing, updating and tracking community data to understanding engagement and trends- Member of the Community DEAI Advisory Committee in 2023 onwards - Feeding back actionable data insights to the Member Services team and wider internal stakeholders- Administrator for the Tessitura online community platform (forums, groups, ideation and more)** 2023 CMX Industry Awards - Winner for Best User Group Programme Community **
