𝑰 𝒂𝒎 𝑮𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒉 𝑻𝒂𝒕𝒂𝒓- 𝑺𝒐 𝒉𝒐𝒘 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝑰 𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒔𝒕 𝒚𝒐𝒖?👂🏼𝑴𝒆 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒇𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑯𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒚I was the principal of the KIAH School for the Deaf in Jerusalem, for seventeen years. Over the years as a director, I have assisted many employees in growing and developing themselves.🌱𝑨𝒔𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑬𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒐𝒆𝒆𝒔 𝑮𝒓𝒐𝒘Five teachers from my school faculty became principals in other schools.Others from the staff were promoted to higher positions in other schools as well. One counselor in our school became a supervisor in the Ministry of Education.Several paramedical therapists became instructors in the field of paramedics in various schools in Jerusalem. All of them described their managing experience in our school as a major headstone in their careers.🌈𝑰 𝒃𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝒊𝒏...I believe in the power of the organization's management to assist employee's growth by listening, finding their different strengths within themselves, and guiding them to improve their abilities.This is the way the organization gains professional employees and at the same time allows them to advance and develop.✨𝑴𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑶𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒔...Throughout my years as a principal, I have mentored young principals at the beginning of their career as school principals. We explored the values that are important in the managerial aspect to focus on. In this process, I asked questions that helped them discover what important values led them in management. We investigated what is essential in their work and what was their main goal in managing employees in the organization.📕𝑴𝒚 𝑹𝒆𝒄𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑺𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒊𝒆𝒔:During the last three years I expanded my knowledge in the field of personal coaching, relationship coaching and executive training .🙌🏽𝑴𝒚 𝑷𝒂𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏My passion is to continue training managers, to work with them on their vision, improving their ability to promote staff members in the organization and above all, learn to ask questions that will promote them and the people in the organization to fulfill their professional and personal ambitions and dreams.💪🏽"𝑪𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑮𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒔 𝑪𝒆𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈"For the past three years, I have also been leading the "Cracking the Glass Ceiling" program of the Alliance organization in Israel. I led school coordinators for the promotion and empowerment of girls through studies of science and math. We worked on personal empowerment.The program is being held in 45 schools around Israel, and I was responsible for its operation in East Jerusalem.
