The Christian Family Centre is a large organisation and as Creative and Communications Director, I was part of the core leadership team overseeing the everyday operations of the facility and creative components of the weekend services (music, production, drama and media). Working with other department heads, I oversaw and managed the facility for external hires both financially and operationally as well as directing large scale events and conferences with over 800 delegates at different venues, including the Adelaide Entertainment Centre. I also oversaw all marketing, social media and public relations in my communications role.
