Aquent's acquisition of Recruit Media in 2007 brought me to a larger, international organisation where I continued to manage a team of passionate and highly successful digital recruiters, with PL responsibility. Employing deep expertise across digital creative and front end development, project and account management and user experience, we worked in partnership with our clients across a number of sectors from top 100 digital agencies through publishing, telecoms and corporates to public sector organisations. As well as training and developing my team and ensuring the quality of our delivery and profitability of our business I continued to recruit temporary and permanent digital experts for my clients, predominantly in the not for profit and public sectors.

I enjoyed a long and rewarding career with this boutique recruitment business, initially joining as a resourcer during the early days of multimedia technology and ultimately managing a 12-strong team of digital recruiters across creative, tech, project management and user experience roles for public and private sector organisations.
