I am part of the Axon Moore Executive Search business with over 20 years experience of working with high growth businesses seeking strong financial leadership. I source and recruit CFO's and FD's to privately owned, listed and PE backed businesses. They are looking to work with a Consultant who has an extensive network, a track record of success, integrity and an uncomplicated, pragmatic approach. The assignments I work on often require CFO's/FDs with specific skills and experience around corporate events such as M&A activity, fund raising or stakeholder management. This will need to be backed by a strong core of financial management and control along with the commercial awareness and strategic insight that adds real shareholder value and improves performance. I work closely with a network of Finance Directors and CFO's developed over a number of years - I am able to offer career and market advice and support those individuals throughout their careers as they grow and develop their experience. Overarching all the work I do is the absolute need to match personalities, culture and values and operational styles.
