I have to record formal CPD and uphold ethical standards. I have 25+ years as a senior leader in large corporate retail and airport industries. It matters to me, that you know I have a brilliant supervisor, I'm part of a highly qualified peer supervision group and I invest in my own coach(s)– they do for me, what I do for you, they are the backbone of my practice as a coach. I've lived a life: difficulty, trauma, tough and beautiful relationships. I've pushed my career in the corp world, often the only women in sight, did well. Burnt out. Started my own biz and helped others. I’ve found love and lost love. I’ve nurtured, damaged, repaired and let go of relationships. And I’ve lost key people. I’ve failed, succeeded, felt low, riden high, been overwhelmed. I'm also a flawed human. I'm “Doing the work”, going below the waterline, examining my bias, judgements, fears. I’ve worked with therapists, counsellors, coaches and mentors my whole adult life.
