Following acquisition by Schneider Electric, develop a diverse and direct report team to embrace all relevant routes to market (both IT and Electrical Channel). Ensure high level visibility of activity by EMEA executive committee and drive change needed in programs to maximise impact in these channels.

Promote, develop and evolve the Channel Programs for EMEA Channel partners. Maximise and measure the effectiveness of the program elements to achieve the mid market (SMB) revenue goals.
