Responsible for creating an alumni program to increase the donor pipeline and managing donor engagement.

Responsible for plan that engages alumni, residents, fellows, students, faculty, retired faculty and community partners/friends into the life of the College of Medicine-Tucson. Oversee planning for all activities related to the College Alumni Board and/or other community advisory boards reporting to the Dean of the College of Medicine-Tucson.

Responsible for the strategic planning and management of the University of Arizona Alumni Association's chapter and club network. There are more than 40 constituent groups and over 450 volunteers that coordinate more than 300 events each year. Assistance is provided to me by four outstanding alumni relation professionals and five student interns.UA Alumni Association special events (including the annual homecoming), away game tailgate parties and pep rallies, and retail opportunities are just a few of the many programs that I have the opportunity to oversee.

Looked for new and better ways to reach our donors and help advance the athletics department based on image and revenue. I challenged myself annually to get more creative and innovative with assigned projects so they weren’t always the same as previous years. I am able to take great pride in the fact that my portion of the annual budget has always finished the fiscal year in the black and donors regularly show their appreciation for my efforts based on their feedback, attendance, and financial gifts. I believe the work I have done with campus and community contacts and the understanding for the vast donor network has given me unique experiences.
