Man with overactive tendency despite my 59 years , I held the post of Deputy Managing Director in charge of R&D for SMR, the world leader in rear-view mirrors for automotive industry.I have spent the last three years supporting my wife in her project to create a bed and breakfast in the region of Blois (Valley of chateaux de la Loire). As initially planned, the project is now successful with the objective of turn over and customer satisfaction achieved, I want now to return to my passion for technology and management.In this highly competitive industry I strongly encouraged a culture of innovation (I have several patents with my name), but also a culture of results with my teams in order to be force of proposals with our clients. I have steered and coordinated our various projects by optimizing our design, resources. This has enabled us to increase our margins up to + 15%, win new projects in the face of pervasive competition, develop and industrialize numerous international projects for Renault, PSA, Nissan, Fiat, Lamborghini and Ford. The main countries are India, China, Thailand, Korea, Spain and Hungary. On the other hand, my function of Deputy DG allowed me to have a great involvement in the management of the company as well as to work constructively with the unions.
