Gilles Brouillette, Ph.D. is the President and a founding partner of the Transformational Learning Institute and the Co-director of the Conscious & Transformational Leadership Program at the Center for Continuing Education of the University of Ottawa. Gilles has a Doctorate in Transpersonal Psychology from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology in California and is Certified Executive Coach from Royal Roads University in British Columbia. He is a Senior Leadership Consultant and Executive Coach for the Full Circle Group & The Leadership Circle. He is certified to use the Leadership Agility 360, The Maturity Assessment for Professional and the Leadership Circle Profile to assess leader’s levels of development. Gilles’ developmental coaching approach focuses on both lateral growth and vertical transformation. He has been studying and applying the principles of transformational learning for the last 25 years.
