As Sourçing Manager, i am in charge of a budget of 80 Millions €.I manage 2 buyers and our task is to provide for our factory, components for the assembly of complete excavators. Main components are: Hydraulics components, large welding components, casting parts,electrical harnesses, plastic covers, cabs, accessories...Yanmar is a Japanese company which is wellknown for its small diesel engines for marines,agricultural and construction equipment.Our factory belongs to the Construction division, 350 peoples are working on the St DIZIER Plant ; We are producing 4000 excavators per Year from 1.5 Ton to 6 Ton. Our Annual Turnover is approx 150 M€

As Deputy Manager, i was in charge of special projects for Bus and coaches. Main purchasing commodities were electric/electronic components and also plastic components .EvoBus belongs to Mercedes-Benz AG and we had many exchange with German plants .

I was in charge of a supply group, and we had to manage JIT deliveries. Main scope was the glas products, plastic components, elecronic devices.
