As the founder of wiin, I have over 30 years’ experience in the delivery and management of multi-site signage and fitout projects both here in Australia and overseas. As a certified engineer, I began my career as Operations Manager for Shell International and then as a Senior Consultant for the Technology Transfer Council. I spent the next 15 years building up a large signage manufacturing and installation company working on national rollouts for clients including Australia Post, 7-Eleven, Coles and BP. During this time, I identified a need for unbiased expertise in the design, documentation, procurement and management of signage and fitout projects so formed wiin in 2000. Now, more than 20 years later, wiin is recognised as one of Australia’s leading client-side project management agencies specialising in this particular field.
