With nearly 30 years of experience in different industries and different positions, I chose to start a consulting activity in 2022 on the basis of a fairly simple observation established as a executive manager in a global company:- I did not have time to explore, to open myself to other solutions, networks and to establish new connections,- I did not have a solution allowing me to take "on step back", and organize myself accordingly...In this sense, my time is at your disposal to help you project the vision you have for your business, help you seek financing or the right partners, help you structure your activity.For this, I can share my network, my expertise in project management, my financial and management knowledge in support of my technical engineering background.My clients are mid-sized companies, SMEs and VSEs in a wide variety of fields (mechanics, energy, IT and Web, finance, naval).I was able to contribute to their progress by:- raise and formalize questions about the company's strategy: what ambitions, what issues, what risks? And then, help formalize and follow the action plan.- helping them to be autonomous on the CIR/CII or by supporting them completely,- helping them find the appropriate funding (region, BPI, Europe, associations, etc.) and by establishing application files throughout the process,- overhauling an organization that is no longer adapted to the company's activity, size or new markets, to operationally rebuild a more efficient structure.Overall, my reflection involves a preliminary analysis of the Manager's questions and questions before any proposal.
