- Open and run the Shanghai design studio, build the full design team, organize and manage design projects (with daily interaction with the German studio), manage digital and physical modelling suppliers.- Prepared the design department and passed successfully the MIIT audit - opened a physical and viewing design facility in Nanjing headquarter.- Build the show car department and hire a team to manage the show cars fleet worldwide attending all marketing, PR, investors and government events. Organize maintenance and updates with suppliers.

Open and run a design studio closer to the engineering department in order to make sure that the design wouldn’t be affected by potential engineering modifications after A-Class milestone. This studio is working with Shanghai design studio (Geely brand) as well as the Sweddish studio (Link&Co brand). Increase the communication level and build a trust between the engineering and design departments.The design quality studio includes project management, design, design quality, C&M, studio engineering, digital and physical modelling (for the verification models), and has a capacity of 60 staffs.In the meanwhile, I’ve also supported the project management department in order to have a better standard process and documents.

ZOTYE HOLDING GROUP last SUV model (Chinese car maker):Team leader - 8 engineers: engineering feasibility and design support in order to build the CAS following Chinese vehicles regulations and clay model.YUTONG BUS (bus producer) :Project leader: engineering feasibility of the new line of Yutong bus in order to build the CAS following Chinese regulations.BOSCH AUTOMOTIVE PRODUCTS (China):Project manager: Cost engineering project of a wiper system to replace the complex parts imported from Germany (build a database, visit and audit the potential local new suppliers).CHANGAN AUTO (Chinese car maker):Project leader: Hire a team, and create the welding points drawings for the whole body of the new model “Ben Ben” (CV6).- Exhibitions (Auto Show Shanghai 2005-2007) and conferences contribution.- Build a global Chinese car market database.- Hybrid bicycles (muscle/electric power) with aerodynamic plastic cover, using a complete car engineering process.

SHANGHAI VOLKSWAGEN:Passat GT (Lingyu): Study of full option complete rear seat with a DVD player integrated in the armrest and a DVD/CD box integrated in the seat. Responsible of the project management, concepts study and digitalization, as well as the coordination between the customer (I was working on site) and the suppliers until the SOP.Santana 3000: Digitalization of various plastic interior parts: door panel and pillars, follow up of the project with the tool supplier (25% on Johnson Control’s site) for the mold building phase. Welding spot drawings: create all the assembly sequences and the welding spots position drawings of the BIW.
