Reporting to the Chief Innovation Officer based in Asia, his main mission is to define and implement strategic planning for the implementation of Winstantpay in Europe and Africa. More specifically, his objectives are to develop, manage and supervise all Winstantpay activities in Europe and Africa. In addition, he advises the Winstantpay management team on geopolitical and sustainable development issues.

❐ Founder of the World Center of Excellence - Physical Education Sport and Leisure for the MDGs (WCESPEL) further to the UN-ECOSOC decision (July 2007).❐ Negotiation of the implementation and coordination of the network of National Centers of Excellence (NCESPEL) within the National Institutes of sport and faculties of sport sciences of the WSA Member States.❐ Management of studies and projects for the reconstruction of National Institutes of Sport and Sport Sciences Faculties within the WSA Member States.❐ Management of studies and projects for the construction of the youth sport centers in the WSA Member States.

❐ Chairman of the Study and Information Committee of Physical Education and Sport which directs the activities of the French Publishing house “Physical Education and Sport ”.❐ This publishing company publishes the “Physical Education and Sport” review and 22 book collections.

❐ Analysis, selection, promotion and dissemination of the good practices in the sector of sports and cultural policies and initiatives within the European Union

❐ Thematic Network Project Aligning a European Higher Education Structure in Sport Science.
