This understanding has served me well across the variety of positions that I have held during my last 35 years at Coinamatic. Throughout this tenure, I have moved from serving as a Service Technician, to a Service Manager, on to a National Operations Manager, and currently to Manager of National Accounts & Field Projects. Over the past few years, I have dedicated myself to growing Coinamatic’s Northern Territory business along with managing various special projects. Over these years, I have very successfully developed great relationships with our customers and devoted myself to meeting their laundry needs in the highest quality manner.The experience and understanding that I have developed enables me to effectively and efficiently assess the needs of developing a Revenue Increasing Plan as well as provide a complete worry-free laundry solution to customers.For over three and half decades Coinamatic has provided me with a wide variety of support and growth opportunities. I do enjoy working for this organization because the support and opportunities have enabled me to apply Coinamatic and my philosophy of quality customer service and total satisfaction.
