Dana founded Crossroads Engineering & Surveying, in 1995. Her volunteer efforts have focused on education, and particularly engineering education. As a result she is on the Department Advisory Council for the Civil Engineering Department at Florida Atlantic University, has served on the Board of the Florida Engineering Foundation, and has chaired the Mathcounts and Scholarship committees for the Florida Engineering Society.
