After many years of not wearing my Army uniform, I had no choice but to join the efforts needed for protecting my home, family, and friends.

Bionic is an Israeli start up which developed ASPM solutions, with a brilliant Engineering and Product team in TLV, and a GTM team across the US and Europe. Bionic was founded in 2019 and got acquired by @Crowdstrike in Sep 2023. I was lucky to be a part of the company's leadership team on part of that journey and to lead the People and Ops team during the exciting acquisition process.

Taking some much needed time to do the things I didn't have time for before:Met with VCs and investors to learn more about "their side of the curtain". Met with portfolio companies and founders to learn about their challenges, and assisted as much as I could. Met with HR-tech entrepreneurs for some very interesting conversations and helped design some cool product that can help me with my HR challenges. Consulted to HR teams, professionals, and Management teams with "scaling startups growing pains".And got to spend some priceless time with my family and loved ones, travel, and grow :)

During my time with Fiverr, the company scaled from 200+ employees to 1000+, through International Expansion - including US, Germany, England, Ukraine, Serbia, Guatemala, and more. I Established all HR functions, processes, and infrastructure, through an IPO and COVID-19. And loved every minute of it.
