I am the Country Director for Scotland and Northern Ireland for Skills for Health Ltd which incorporates Skills for Health and Skills for Justice. We are a not for profit organisation supporting employers to improve outcomes and raise standards across their business. We develop and deliver solutions that add value for individuals and organisations across the Health and Justice sectors. These solutions include competency and quality assurance frameworks, workforce planning solutions, e-rostering and e-learning .My remit covers Justice and Health and my key responsibilities are to engage with employers to identify areas of concern or potential development and to recommend relevant solutions to support effective delivery of services and outcomes and building a sustainable workforce. My background is in Learning and Development and particularly in work based qualifications and apprenticeships. I am a qualified assessor and internal verifier.I have been working in the justice sector for ten years and within Health since September 2015.
