My responsibilities include managing HR projects, implementing HR policies, and offering HR consultancy and advice to our clients. I'm passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment, where people can thrive and achieve their potential.I have a Bachelor's degree in painting from Edinburgh College of Art. I believe that my artistic background gives me a unique perspective and a creative edge in my HR role.
