Team Leader– program manager as well as work with students age 18-24 with intellectual disabilities where our main goal is for our students to learn the basic life skills necessary to function in the community and live independently. In addition I counseled students, created and implemented lesson plans, organized and presented various workshops.Acting Program Administrator-Took on responsibilities of the program administrator when necessary. This included communicating with future candidates for the YALT program and conducting the admissions and intake process for new students (including the appropriate meetings, paperwork, etc).
