I am a highly organised and experienced Information Management and Project Management professional and use my people management skills to successfully lead teams to improve the way we work and implement change (in line with policy and guidance) within the business. Leading my team, I prioritise workloads to ensure tasks are completed, adapting for reasonable adjustments as required & I thrive on taking on new tasks, challenges & increased responsibility and enjoying problem solving. I have 20 years of Ministry of Defence Experience including HR, Project Management, Business Management and Knowledge & Information Management. Trained in Agile (Foundation & Practitioner), Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt) APMP and a Diploma in Business Management and Events. In addition to my day job I volunteer to run social events both internally for the past 18 years and I have since 2021 the Chair for the PTFA (parents, teachers & friends association) which is a registered Charity for a large primary school in South Glos. Successfully leading volunteers where we raised over £47k in 2023 to be reinvested back into school and local community.
