Gillian Valentine is a lifestyle brand featuring artists from around the world on home-goods and decor. We offer a line of ready made and made-to-order products featuring this one of a kind art from women around the world.Our product materials are sourced and milled in the United States and where we use Organic Cottons. We are committed to managing waste resulting in us Upcycling leftover material into pajama shorts, Hat Bands, Sleep Masks and Baby Products. We also have a recycling program relationship with Goodwill International that uses our fabric scraps as insulation material.Our team is comprised of young professionals from our local high schools and the University of Virginia that make products, manage our marketing and take an active role in growing our customer base. We also have three seamstresses that create our one of a kind products. The core of our business, Creativity, Collaboration and Sustainability are values that lead us as we growMy background is as a team-oriented professional with an extensive career, in the private and non-profit sectors, leading large scale initiatives focused on generating revenue or raising money. Highlights include; leading multiple nonprofit fundraising turnaround projects to success, building out Deloitte’s first teams in India as part of a larger revenue generating initiative, identifying over $500k annually for Deloitte Tax in cost saving programs, and identifying new ways to go to market with Earley & Associates, yielding an additional $2M in sales, annually.All of these efforts required the ability to jump into new environments and adapt quickly while leadingteams to a collective end-goal.
