I work with nonprofit organizations and grantmakers to help them achieve their social impact goals: from developing fundraising and grantmaking strategies, to creating clear implementation roadmaps, and providing them with additional on the ground bench strength when needed. I’ve spent my entire career working in or alongside the social impact sector and proudly consider myself a nonprofit generalist. From grantmaker to fundraiser, general manager to policy analyst - I have worn many hats. I have a proven track record of making meaningful contributions in the arts and culture, community development and health promotion spaces. After 15+ years of working in house, Natalie Russell and I co-founded Purposeful because we believe that there is a different way of working for ourselves and alongside our peers in the social impact sector.
