About Gillian Hatherall

I completed my first dance teaching exams at the age of seventeen alongside my professional dance training. I went on to expand my expertise and became a PT in 2012, gaining my pre/post natal specialist qualification in 2016 and qualifying as a Pilates instructor in 2020. With a strong emphasis on core stability, movement quality and mobility, I am dedicated to helping people use their body to its maximum potential and reach their goals through safe and effective training.
