I have been fortunate enough to lead, direct and manage a wide variety of multi-site teams to develop and grow my managers’ capability to ensure resources are available to deliver a brilliant customer experience and successfully deliver business results underpinned by care, compassion and integrity.I am currently leading a team of 20 Branch Managers to deliver performance targets through successful implementation of a clear focussed Regional plan to deliver Company ambitions, several complex change initiatives across sites through strong people engagement and effective teamwork. Alongside my leadership experience I also have an extensive range of expertise in Retail Healthcare sector, Health and Safety, Clinical Governance and have dealt with variety of people issues so have a vast experience of HR / ER processes and procedures such as recruitment, succession planning, performance management and development, absence management, disciplinary and grievance . Effectively used performance leadership which incorporated performance management and development plans to improve individual’s performance within role and support them onto future roles. Working with people is one of my key motivators.
