• Management and implementation of inward investment and grant funding process of start-up company;• Upskilling in investment processes and public funding via industry engagement, webinars and legal reviews; and• Management of entity business, finance and HR functions.

• Production of statutory financial statements for 8 companies/funds and assistance with audit;• Management of tax compliance, including VAT, payroll and CRS/FATCA returns;• Quarterly management board reporting and maintenance of relevant IT systems for 4 Life Sciences funds and relevant management companies; and• Management of all books of accounts, fixed assets, payroll and Accounts Payable.

• Manage statutory reporting process and all regulatory and companies office returns• Production of statutory accounts under Irish GAAP and IFRS• Review and analyse technical accounting developments and their application to the business• Manage payroll function and pension scheme trustee• Production of employment and related staff contracts• Management of all books of account, including fixed assets.• Ownership of risk assessment profiles for finance function • Oversee the annual strategic planning and budgeting processes• HR and cash management for UK branch for consolidation

• Manage monthly management reporting and forecasting processes and maintain relevant IT systems• Month end close process including accruals management, complex staff cost accounting and reconciliations• Manage administrative staff and accounts payable function including VAT accounting• Project manage numerous initiatives throughout the business during growth phase e.g. company process improvement• Work closely with Group Finance in Sydney on consolidation issues
