My role is to help clients with the management of their existing portfolio, and build a high-performing residential portfolio. Our clients' seek to secure valuable, high yielding traditional property in vibrant prime city centre locations.

Management of the lettings and sales process at MCR's flagship development in Edinburgh, which consists of 123 units. Maintenance and auditing of all tenancy schedules. Credit control and rent collection management. Liaising with contractors and management of all maintenance issues on site, as the site manager. Responsible for maintaining health and safety on site.

I joined Rettie & Co as a sales negotiator working within the busy Edinburgh Residential team dealing with mid to high level sales. Responsible for managing a portfolio in the region of 25-30 properties at any one time. The role encompassed building client relationships, liaising with solicitors and surveyors, conducting viewings, and negotiating offers.

In April 2012, I started within the new Pimlico and Westminster office as their most senior sales negotiator, and significantly helped with the opening of the office. I, and the sales team achieved a £2.2m turnover within the first year of operation, and contributed £680,000 to the turnover. I successfully helped the manager achieve a 34% market share within the area, and assisted with direct retention and growth of the sales portfolio, and was accountable for client relationships.

In 2001, I joined the Notting Hill Gate office beginning as a junior sales negotiator and within two years was promoted to a senior sales negotiator within a sales team of 24. I achieved sales in the region of between £500,000 to £700,000 per year for the office as an individual.

Account Consultant: responsible to Accenture Consulting IT division placing permanent individuals.

Employed as a recruitment consultant with a yearly target of £140,000. Area of work consisted of new business development concentrating on IT recruitment within Scotland. Provided total recruitment and staffing consulting, bidding for recruitment-advertising campaigns, produce proposals, provide management agency services, resourcing of permanent candidates for clients including Standard Life, Scottish Equitable, and RBS.
