I am currently the Project Director for the National Contemporary Art Gallery Wales, a Welsh Government sponsored capital project being delivered in partnership by Arts Council of Wales, National Library of Wales and Museums Wales. Delivered via a unique dispersed model, this is an ambitious and exciting project bringing together a wide range of partners and stakeholders across culture and heritage sectors.Between 2018 and 2023 I enjoyed leading an ambitious programme of change management as Chief Executive of National Youth Arts Wales, within a pioneering youth led, national delivery model. I was proud to support some of the most talented young people in Wales, in a model centered on diversity, equity and inclusion with an extraordinary team of staff and Board behind it.I have over 20 years experience at senior leadership level including playing a key role in another major capital project, The MAC, Belfast. I am interested in youth led practice and the role of culture as a catalyst for change in wider society. Successful fundraising and income generation has been a feature of my career to date with sustainability at the core of every strategic decision.
