It requires leaders to engage employees and accelerate performance by influencing culture and mindsets, providing a safe and productive space for innovation and development of new solutions. I work with leaders to help them envision a systemic and strategic view, and develop their capacity to engage with diverse perspectives, influencing people and systems within and beyond their organisation.My experience as a Chartered Director and Fellow of the Institute of Directors, Fellow of Churchill College and as a qualified business coach, having trained with Meyler Campbell and the Co-active Training Institute, all underpin my commitment to deliver impact.
