I joined the team at Reflect Recruitment Group in August 2012 to establish the Legal Recruitment Division of the Company. The Group is well established, having offices in both Grantham and Newark where the reputation for the professionalism and dedication to detail when recruiting has seen a rise in demand for their services even in these challenging economic times. My years working "hands on" in the legal profession, in a role which was both extremely challenging and rewarding in equal measure have given me an insight into not only the tricky legal issues that are to be tackled but also the different personalities and Firms which make the legal marketplace such a complex and diverse sector in which to recruit.I was very happy to make the move into recruitment to become involved with Reflect Recruitment Group to help them achieve their aim to provide high quality legal professionals to our local market. Reflect Recruitment Legal came into being in August 2012 to specialise in Fee Earner recruitment. As it can take a great deal of time to get to know our client Firms and to recruit the high calibre individuals that we seek it was essential for us to provide a dedicated team who will deal with this sector in a knowledgeable and timely manner.

I was based at the Grantham office of Chattertons solicitors, one of the largest legal practices in the East Midlands. I handled residential conveyancing matters and have a large client base. I was responsible for all aspects of the transactions and also heavily involved in the marketing of the Firm. I also write articles for publication on conveyancing issues and attend many networking groups.
