Currently leading the review and development of all aspects of Human Resources within the College, following the merger of 3 former College organisations in 2013. Key role in supporting the cultural development of the College through building effective relationships and engaging with all staff in the delivery of a people focused HR service.Developing robust workforce data and information to allow analysis and interrogation of the data to inform future HR strategies. Leading and developing an HR team who are skilled and knowledgeable and able to deliver sector leading HR services to the College.Provide professional leadership, advice and guidance on all areas of HR practice.
