    Established the IT infrastructure for the first European HubSpot office, under a very tight deadline. I worked with telecommunications vendors, ISP vendors, construction teams, builders, electricians, Office Management and the Facilities team to build a functioning Comms room, meeting rooms IT/AV, and main office IT/AV. Worked with the Voice engineer to setup Ireland dialling codes and dialling structures that would be used while dialling internally/externally/emergencies etc. Setup user working spaces including IP phones, softphones, laptops, and software/app needs. I worked heavily with my Sysadmin team in the US office, to bring the HubSpot Network alive (via point-to-point initially and MPLS later) across the Atlantic in the Dublin Office. Reached all goals and successfully launched the office in Jan 2013, I continued to manage IT budget and hardware for the rapidly growing office and staff base, while technically supporting the growing user base. I then finished up once Infrastructure teething calmed and hiring slowed a little.

I was the project co-ordinator for the Dublin section of this Global project, it had to be planned out in great detail with the IT Security/Network admins and tech support teams. The project had to implemented with very little impact to our users whom were working towards their own game release dates that could not be impacted.•Extension of the existing PopCap Network on to two newly acquired floors - Planned and implemented this project, I worked with Facilities, Electricians and construction teams to build a state-of-the-art new office for the ever-expanding PopCap/EA team.•Full Connection of PopCap into the EA Network via MPLS. I was responsible for the Dublin success of this Global, EA/PopCap integration Project. I liaised with the PopCap Security team, new EA Network Admin colleagues and existing global PopCap colleagues on this project team:- our aim -to achieve all prerequisites for the network integration with EA. I worked very closely with the EA Sr Network Admin to prep & configure the MPLS for cut-over.
