Headed up a two month knowledge transfer program, highlights of which included: Conducting training sessions to ensure the successful creation of a joint FindaProperty/ Primelocation support team Development of a portfolio of training materialsMentoring and evangelising on best practise approaches Primary responsibilities included: Provided product and IT support, and account management for agents using the Primelocation property portalParticipated in a test team as part of the web redevelopment project and worked closely with project managers to ensure a successful relaunch Provided training to estate agents on our content management system Supported third-party integrations in accordance with our XML specifications Ensured content on Primelocation.com was kept accurate and up to date by clients
