CurrentGillian Jones brings over 20 years of industry experience to The Agency’s Palm Desert office. She has sold homes and land from The Madison Club, Hideaway, Rancho La Quinta, Stone Eagle to Thunderbird CC and Indian Canyons, with a breadth of knowledge spanning the luxury market in the Coachella Valley Greater Palm Springs area. Gillian earned the Chairman and Exemplary Agent Award for 2022 and 2021, the All-Star Award for 2020, and was awarded MVP in 2019. Recently, she was recognized as being in the top 4% of agents in Palm Springs from Palm Springs Life for 2022 and 2021 and in the top 1.5% in the country with Real Trends for 2022 and 2021.Over the course of her storied career, Gillian has served in both leadership and sales roles, garnering a breadth of client-centric experience that has proven invaluable to a diverse set of buyers and sellers across Southern California after relocating to California from her native Canada.Before joining The Agency, Gillian was a Managing Director for La Quinta Resort & Spa, a Waldorf Astoria Property, managing the company’s three real estate divisions. Prior to her career in real estate, she specialized in cosmetic dentistry in Newport Beach and Beverly Hills, attending to a distinguished clientele. During this time she mastered the art of impeccable customer service, an eye for beauty and the utmost attention to detail, traits which carried over seamlessly to real estate.An adventurer at heart, when Gillian’s not representing clients in real estate, she enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and fitting in travel whenever time allows. She has served on the board of numerous charitable organizations throughout the Coachella Valley including being a Girl Scout troop leader to soccer coach. Most recently, she served for Hanson House Board of Directors and as 2017 President for National Charity League Desert Cities where she remains an active member with her two daughters.
