During my time in Leinster Reinforcements I recruited and managed the office staff. I was the authorised signature for all Commercial Banking. I managed Credit Control and controlled all outgoing payments. I managed the MD's diary and organised all travel arrangements for the Financial Director and the MD. I organised all corporate events and all advertising. During the period when the staff numbers reduced significantly I took over monthly accounts and Vat Returns. I also became the main point of contact for supplier enquiries and requests for quotations.

I worked as a Business Development Executive for my first 6 months in Eircom which involved winning back Eircom Customers from competitors. I consistently achieved target.I was promoted to the Corporate Business Unit where I took on the role of Key Account Manager. In order to sell the best business solution I liaised with the corporate consultancy team and set up customer workshops to explain the workings of the solution at a Director level. I carried out regular face-to-face meetings with my customers at a senior level to help build the business relationship between Eircom and the customer.During my time in Eircom I exceeded my target in my first and second year and achieved target my last year.
