What I do....My business is people. My daily focus is to help others progress and develop in their role to be the best they can be, through the design and delivery of bespoke training. Additionally I am actively involved as a mentor and coach to several young adults, helping them in their own personal development of life skills.Why I do it....I love seeing people develop & grow. I love seeing them step out of their comfort zone & try something new - even if it all goes wrong - at least they've given it a go. I love when they overcome that fear of change & dive into something new & survive! For me the reward is seeing that light bulb moment for someone when they "get it".
