I am the Chief Executive, which includes the roles of Head of Paid Service and Monitoring Officer, for Thames Valley Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (TVP OPCC). My role is to lead the organisation to deliver a high quality support service to the Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC), who is the elected representative of the public for policing and crime matters in the Thames Valley region. I am passionate about building a strong culture in which employees flourish, and working collaboratively with Thames Valley Police and other partners to ensure the PCC can conduct their role in scrutinising the work of the police effectively. I have more than four years of experience in talent development and learning and development roles in the police sector, where I was responsible for retention, skills development, learning needs analysis, leadership, promotion, succession planning, and inclusivity. I hold a Masters Degree in Business and Organisational Strategy, a CMI Level 7 Senior Leaders Masters Degree in Leadership, and multiple certifications in project management, coaching, and mediation.I am also a chair of a charity trustee board and executive director in my spare time, demonstrating my commitment to social good and community engagement.
