Led fundraising strategy, operations, and implementation across affiliated 501(c)(4) and 501(c)(3) organizations, growing organizational revenue from ~$500,000 in 2019 to nearly $2.2 million in 2021. Focused on diversified revenue streams including major gifts, foundations, events, corporate sponsorships, and membership programs.

* Designed and implement PHE’s national fundraising strategy, and advised on regional fundraising for PHE’s five local fundraising teams, to collectively raise $6 million in operating revenue in fiscal year 2018 and $7 million in fiscal year 2019, and close a $15.6 million capital campaign.* Led Executive Team in organization-wide revenue planning and oversight. • Launched local fundraising for GC Massachusetts (formerly GC Greater Boston). Grew local revenue from $19,000 in 2012 to $80,000 in 2013, $198,000 by 2014, and $300,000 by 2017, through relationships with foundations, corporations, and individuals.• Launched GC Massachusetts Board in 2013. Grew and managed MA Board to oversee local strategy, networking, and fundraising. Grew and managed MA Associate Board of emerging leaders. • Developed and implemented strategic plan for GC MA; led decision-making and performance to goals on fundraising, partnerships, program, advocacy and thought-leadership, staffing, and operations.• Innovated and executed fundraising vehicles such as events, house parties, corporate partnerships, and strategic government and nonprofit collaborations. Created Civic Tech Challenge hackathon event to partner with MA's innovation community.• Innovated and executed advocacy and thought-leadership for GC MA. Lead organizer and facilitator of the Boston Public Schools Civics Expansion Initiative to join local civics organizations and BPS in ensuring all BPS students receive effective and comprehensive civics. Member of Department of Education Civic Learning Task Force to design and implement statewide civic learning systems. Lobby and organize grassroots advocacy efforts in support of state civics legislation.• Ambassador for action civics in MA: contributed to Boston Globe, Boston Business Journal, Christian Science Monitor.• Supervised GC MA program team to oversee high-quality action civics programming for 130 partner classrooms annually, serving 3,200 students across 40 schools and 6 school districts, engaging 150 college volunteers from 6 local colleges, and partnering with 50+ community agencies and government offices.• Organization-wide lead on Salesforce systems to track and report to program and fundraising metrics. Lead on infrastructure design, lead trainer of staff nationwide.

• Led classroom recruitment for Greater Boston, growing local programs to engage an additional 1,000 students between 2011-12 and 2012-13 and form district-level partnerships in six major local school districts. • Oversaw program quality for partner classrooms; developed and implemented training to classroom teachers and college volunteers, developed and implemented ongoing coaching in response to classroom observation and survey data.

• As founding Alumni Program Manager, primary leader for all stages of the strategic planning and program development process. Built program strategy and set outcomes targets, aligning priorities with organizational goals, field research, best practices, and ongoing feedback from the youth and families we serve. Constantly refined program activities and sharpened strategic scope to improve the effectiveness and scalability of the “BELL Alumni Society.”• Created, built stakeholder support, managed, and evaluated a wide array of program services, including school-based workshops, community events, phone, email, and social media outreach campaigns to parents and scholars, a youth leadership council, and a $50,000 scholarship program.• Established direct partnerships with over 60 national and Boston-based community organizations, schools, and service providers to meaningfully collaborate to engage youth and families, and create learning coalitions to share ideas and resources.

Provided weekly 1-on-1 goals counseling and crisis support, led group activities, managed emergencies, and taught cooking and cleaning skills to adults with mental illnesses.

Trained in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, End Note, and Princeton-specific software; conducted in-office visits to guide faculty members in using these programs; assisted in marketing and developing the program.
